Teacher Job Description
- Exhibit accurate knowledge of content and pedagogy.

- Build and design coherent lessons, activities, and assessments of rigor that match standards of learning.

- Effectively supervise students and manages student behavior.
- Effectively communicate with students.

- Demonstrate effective questioning and discussion techniques.
- Provide timely, consistent, and high-quality feedback to students.

- Assist in the supervision of students (such as in school libraries, hall and cafeteria monitoring and bus loading and unloading).
- Sponsor extracurricular activities such as clubs, student organizations and academic contests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or other administrators.

Requirements
Certifications & Licenses:
1. Must have current Arkansas teaching license and certification for the grade level or subject area assigned to.
