Job Description:

  • Eligibility Verification:

    • Process and submit Medicaid applications to the appropriate agencies.
  • Data Entry:
    • Accurately enter student information into Medicaid databases and electronic health records.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate with parents and professionals to obtain additional information or clarify application details.
    • Liaise with Medicaid offices and agencies to resolve issues and ensure timely processing.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping:
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of Medicaid applications, billing, student records, and medical services data.
    • Prepare reports on application statuses and outcomes.
  • Policy Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about Medicaid policies, regulations, and updates.
    • Provide information to parents regarding Medicaid rules and requirements.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer service to families, colleagues, and professionals by addressing inquiries and concerns related to Medicaid.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
